I am privileged to be the Newsletter Manager for x3 No. 1 New York Times Bestselling Author Mark Manson, whose best-known work The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck: A Counterintuitive Approach to Living a Good Life has sold over 16 million copies worldwide.

In my own time, I write and publish Val Thinks, a free weekly newsletter that makes you “stop and think.” My mission is to make the world more thoughtful, one unsuspecting subscriber at a time. As of January 2026, I am joined by 400+ intrepid readers from 28 US states and 45 countries.
